Wondering if anyone can help me out on this one....

Currently our recep has to hit the night mode button on the 2250 console, which puts it into night mode, before 5:00pm, it would just say "the attendant is busy" so obviously the business hours are setup, and was able to see that in meridian mail setup.

I would like to know where I define holidays, so instead of the night message, it would play a holiday message that I have created. (I can dial the acd and hear the holiday message, so I know it's there,) I just don't know how to define a holiday in meridian mail.

it's done in the same manner as the bussiness hrs, define the holiday greeting ( VS ID) set up your holiday schedule in voice service profile and then assigne the voice service ID in the TOD schedule
