I'm getting ready to switch over to VOIP, coming off a Option 11c system. Does the 11c have a separate paging amp, or is it built into the existing boxes?
I'm on an option 11c, was hoping someone could offer some help. We have received several calls from 911 that we are dialing them several times during the day. Can I "easily" change the way users dial an outside line from 9 to 8?

Currently our recep has to hit the night mode button on the 2250 console, which puts it into night mode, before 5:00pm, it would just say "the attendant is busy" so obviously the business hours are setup, and was able to see that in meridian...

I have setup internal #'s, non DID's. Our current configuration has a main DID, and then a Rollover #. I would like to set this up on the non DID's I have setup. For example:
DID # 4004
Rollover: 5804
Obviously if the user is on 4004, and someone calls on 4004, it still rings to 5804.

Ok guys I tried a 7000 and it worked through the system, I haven't checked it at the office yet, but I think I'm good.....What do the #5, and **89 mean, as in...that do the # and * mean?
