Doing an Immediate Backup type on CC7 CCMM, we get the following problem:

I have installed Unified Messaging. My Outlook is pointing to an Exchange server for regular email. I get UM's just fine in the CallPilot inbox. When I'm in the player, click forward, choose a recipient from the CallPilot directory and hit send, the UM tries to get sent from my exchange...
There is a patch for 50's. A batch of them had a time slip problem. Can't remember the patch number, but we had this problem and it fixed it. It won't matter if you point it to NTP without this patch.
I have the official real tested answer. The documentation is AWFUL, but it does work. Here is a sample string:
Nortel-i2004-A,172.20.1.200:4100,1,1;172.20.1.200:4100,1,2;0.0.0.0:5000,0,0,PARTSECUREMENU.
Replace the 172.20.1.200 address with your call server IP, of course. Replace...

IP to digital nails this to your network. You need a network engineer who understands QoS concepts to resolve this problem. Poor call quality for IP telephones on a network always relates a QoS issue. An understanding of bandwidth zones and their relationship to both the switched and routed...
We keep getting an error in SCCS 5.0 stating "cannot update partition information" when we try to add a new skillset to a new partition. We are OK for licences. Anyone ever see this?
Our SRG50 1.0 signaling port is 7000 instead of 7300. For the sake of continuity with the other SRGs we have deployed we want it to be 7300. Anyone ever have this problem?
We'll give that a shot in the lab. Thanks! We've got a call in to Nortel. They're telling us we can use ICA seat licences to do this. We can't wait to hear how they propose we do this. I'll post back to let you know.
Has anyone successfully implemented auxillary ringing at a remote site with an SRG with the calls coming in through the CS1000? We're banging our heads here trying to device how to ring a bell off the main number for a remote site where that remote site main number comes in through the CS1000.
Amen to that! They are very hard to partner with sometimes and this is only a fraction of why. Thanks for all your help on this. I really appreciate it.
I just ran through the setup wizard out of desperation and under Network Message System it says No. So I get it now that we don't have it, but why does it tell me I have 500 in Server Resources?
Under System, Server Setting set to Resources, Number of NMS Locations (including prime sites) shows Description 500, Number Used 1.
We are banging our heads on the wall here! Thanks for all your help!
You are right on the monye yyrkroon!
However, our keycode says we're good for 500 and using 1. When we got to add a New Location, our New Location button is greyed out! Ever seen this?
We have a customer who is in dire need of some additional voice ports on CP. We have the keycodes, but the MPC cards are not due to arrive for another 3 days. We have a couple at our disposal in our lab. Does anyone know if there is some relationship between keycode and MPC? In other words...
The time on the phones is 5x5. No trouble there. It's the time stamps on voicemail. Say from Miami I leave a voicemail for someone in Chicago and it is 4:00 PM in Miami. When the Chicago humanoid listens to their voicemail, CallPilots Silicone Sally tells them the voicemail was left at 4:00...
