    It sounds like your user accounts are 7 digit cause if they were 4, then you wouldn't be able to put them in as Alternate Extensions. Try using Cisco's port status monitoring tool to see whats occurring as you start and encounter the problem.

    Did you load the device pack for the 88XX series? CUCM 9.1.2 doesn't have those firmware loads by default. The 88XX's are fairly new.

    Had our SQL guy go through the server. He didn't find SQL installed or running. He did find a Microsoft Access MDB file that he believes is what were looking for. Now to find an old machine that can open this file to check it's content.

    Run a report. You have several options here. I would look at Unified CM Phones without lines or whatever else on the list you deem useful.

    You may have to use the User Data Dump application from ciscounitytools.com, with this application you can specify what information you require on the report. BAT Exporting does not have this information and reporting I'm sure doesn't either.
