Where do I find the greeting administrator number in Unity?

There isnt a greeting admin number. You can record any greetings by hitting messages, and then going to the mailbox or call handler number. You need to be set as an admin on the call handler to edit it though.

You have to create a Call Handler and assign an extension to it. You can assign a Non-DID if you plan on only allowing internal users to call the Greeting Admin or assign a DID if you plan on letting users call from external sources? Once created, go to Edit, Greeting, and Standard. Within the Standard Greeting, change after greeting from Call Action to Conversation and drop down to Greetings Admin. That's it.
