Is there a way to find out how many times the number 3 has been pushed on a Call Handler set up as an AA ?
We are currently on Ver 10.5

It's been a while since I looked at this type of request. You should be able to see them in Serviceability Reporting on the option "Call Handler Traffic Report." If it's not there? You can download Call Handler Data Dump from Ciscounitytools.com
