How many network elements do you have? You need to verify that all of them are in sync. If they are not you will have to figure out why. Do not simply delete the SDS errors as this is not keeping your databases in sync.
My client recently converted to SIP trunks. Now the Polycom is unable to place outbound calls. I opened a ticket with Mitel but was wondering if anyone has had this issue.
Has anyone networked an AX controller to an HX-5000. I have a point-to-point E-1 PRI between the controllers. I can call from the AX to the HX but not from the HX to the AX. I have it working with T-1 PRI but I need the other 7 channels for blocking purposes.

By "unique" they do not mean every DID has to go to a different destination. I have a client with a block of 100 DID's. They are only using twenty. The other 80 are all routed to my voice mail pilot number.
Just got back onto this project. The line that says "Launch Configuration Tool using correct URL" is where i am stuck. I spoke with the guys in the EMAN/OPSMan group at Mitel and they were of no help. i tried http://127.0.0.1:8080 which is what i thought it was. Does anyone know the URL?
