Dee was set up on an IP system, however, these people are NOT using IP sets. They were established using an IP license and DEE, so if someone dials their extension or DID, it rings twice on the non existant set, and goes directly to their cell. However, when they power off their cell at night, the calls are going to their cell phone's mailbox, rather than to their ext mailbox. Has anyone ever done the cell only set up like this.....what other issues can we look forward to? Also, would a secondary extension have worked better, rather than burning an IP license....HELP!!!

And you don't burn a license for creating a User, Phone, or Mailbox. Only time a license is consumed for IP sets is when the phone is online. Soon as it goes offline, that Cat D license is up for grabs.

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.
