Block outbound caller ID on an HX-5000.

I have an HX-5000 running version 6.0.11.92. The trunks are PRI configured with NI2 protocol. This system is in a county courthouse which houses the sherrif's office as well. The Sherrif is wanting to be able to disable outbound caller ID on a call by call basis. I have done this on the 3300 but am unable to find any info on the HX. Any help would be appreciated.
