Hello.
Having problems with a cisco ata 192 connected to a doorphone. After a couple of days the doorphone stops working.
I hooked up my analog testphone to the ata and there is both dialtone and continious # dtmf and spamming #.
I could still make a call from my test-phone both in and out...
Sooo I've tried so much stupid shit I don't even know what made it work.
I created a new user that got id 8021 instead of 8000, enabled remote worker, defaulted security settings and set everything to low 4 digits. I still got the same response from pbx but when I switched to TCP instead of UDP...
Yeye also set up a user with extension 880. I have tried with 4,6 and 8 digit password on both extension and user. When something you have done hundreds of times suddenly doesn't work you don't know what to do :p
Hello,
I feel so stupid. I upgraded an old customer to be able to buy a third party endpoint for a doorphone.
Trying to register the account and all I get is 405 Method not allowed whether I put the correct password in or not.
Is there some new settings in security-settings or tickbox...
We also have issues with headset-volume after upgrade. Just 2 users that I know about and we all have the same firmware?!
We also have an analog doorphone (via audiocodes) where DTMF relay-triggering won't work on internal calls from h323-phones.
Yes IPO LAN2 and all phones are on their own subnet (VLAN 20)
I've also seen wrong devicetype with a 1608L at another customer. Just threw in another shelf-warmer 1608 I had and never thought about it until now.
Hey folks
I have a customer running rel. 8.1 and adding a new 9608 phone is giving me a headache.
Works perfect to install and use but after a reboot it appeared as model 4624 (or something like that) in system status. Still able to make calls but was quite dumb.
I read here...
Upgraded voicemail-pro, rebooted pbx and deactived time profiles for recording. So far so good! Will add time profiles again during the day. Thanks for the support.
No congestion/errors what so ever. 6 available channels and picks a channel when it wants to. I can have 5 active calls and no active recordings.. Tried monitoring for errors but ran out of time for today..
All ICR goes to users except main-number which goes to vm before huntgroups.. I can make 10 calls to one single person and maybe 2 is recorded and the rest is not. I will upgrade vmpro first things first tomorrow. I'll be back!
Hello!
I'm so confused..
We have taken over a IP500-system half a year ago.
We have since then upgraded from 9.1 -> 10.1 because of Softphone-issues.
The system has no VRL Admin license and has never had..
All users is set to "On" record both Internal and External to "Voice Recording Library"...
Thanks for your answers.
I agree it's just stupid to number them when you have the time, date and CLI. Could just create a random email-inbox and count the emails if you would like to know the total amount.
I thought it was an easy fix when my customer asked for it, and also curious how to set...
Hello!
I have a customer with a SuperExtraMegaExpensive support-line.
Every time someone accepts the billing, an email is sent from voicemail pro.
The customer wants every call accepting this billing to have a "counter-number".
I tried generic "counter increment" 1 and then $COUNTER1 in the...
