go to Store Settings maitenance, then select Printing-Chits, Chit Style. Adjust the Leading Lines and Trailing lines to your liking. That should help the problem out.
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the size of the font that prints on the receipts in aloha. I have already flagged use large font in store settings. We would like it larger. Thanks. We are running Version 6.5.24 table service.
is the display connected to the motherboard? Had that problem with Radiant terminals before. I've also had to reseat the cables to the hard drive before and then the terminal came back online, however that was with IBM equipment, but the same problem as above.
We have the 24 hour operation flag enabled in Aloha Mgr but the system will not automatically clock employees back in after EOD. Has anyone ever encountered this issue before and if so what did you do to resolve it.
When I set up my terminals I make sure the administrator account that resides on the terminal also resides on the server. So if you have an account called adminstrator with a password of password on BOH you need that same user account and password on the terminal.
We use the IBM 4610 TF6 and 1NR. Do you have dip switches or do they have self configuration(aka hold down the Feed key and the printer prints out its configs)? What do you have them emulating in aloha manager. We set it up as a TM-80, with dip switch 3 in the on position. For the 1NR we use...
I've been working with aloha since they were a private company, I remember when Radiant bought them, the working relationship with them changed. I'm interested to see what happens with NCR purchasing them. My days date back to 4.25 when aloha was in two separate parts, aloha maitenance and...
Ok, thanks, haven't tried that. Actually one of my co-workers saw something like that happening on a new install. That would make sense on spiking ctlsvr
version 6.5.24. Happening both in TS and QS, nothing in the debouts that looks suspect. Only happening with this version, we did not have this issue on 6.2.35.
Seems we just upgraded to version 6.5.24 and some of our sites are having problems taking a break. The unpaid break button is blank and does nothing once it is clicked. Has anyone else experiened this and if so what corrected it, thanks.
Has anyone had any problems with ctlsvr.exe maxing up CPU. Once I kill the process my server speeds back up and CPU usage drops back down. CTLSVR.exe is using up between 94-98%. Operating systems is Server 2003. Any advice would help. Thanks.
I'm going to be installing WEPOS 2009 on my FOH. Are there any guidelines that I should follow(minus the RKS) in order to get this working with Server 2008 32-bit. Thanks.
