Radiant Systems P1510

Terminal powers up but nothing appears on the screen. I attached a screen from a canibalized P1510, still no joy. Also replaced power supply. The unit is powered up but does not exist on the network. Can someone please help? At least give me an idea of what is wrong?

Thank You!

is the display connected to the motherboard? Had that problem with Radiant terminals before. I've also had to reseat the cables to the hard drive before and then the terminal came back online, however that was with IBM equipment, but the same problem as above.

Recently had similar issue with 1510. When you say "powers up", do you mean that the pc is up and running where it seems like the display is active, just no backlight? If so, you should be able to see extremely faint display looking at an angle with some help from ambient light. If this is the case, need a new backlight or just go for a new lcd. Not too expensive.

Multi-part process that must be followed to the letter.
- Secure a fishing pole, bait, row boat, long rope and your Radiant terminal.
- Go to a body of water that contains fish.
- Pack all into boat and launch.
- Row to desired fishing location.
- Tie the rope to the Radiant terminal and the boat.
- Cast it into the water. (great anchor)
- Fish and enjoy as the Radiant terminal fills the role it is best suited for.
