are the dated folders until may 2012 still inside the Aloha folder? You need to remove those dated folders to have a successful eod process every night.
is there any error when you force the eod process at night?
Did you overwrite the old Aloha folder when you install 6.4?
Also, this may sound a bit off but sometimes this thing works... try running the batch file to unregister the 6.2 installation then run the register6.4 batch file 2 to 3 times to register your new version.
Is your aging POSIFLEX teminal the current master terminal? If your asking how to temporarily set one of your other terminals to take over as the Master terminal while you replace the aging one, no need to do reconfigurations. The next higher terminal (after terminal #1) will automatically act...
if your printer in Term4 is configured in aloha as Type: epson.. something, make sure there no windows or opos printer defined in the terminal that is assigned to the same COM port.
You need to enable them in your back office security level. Go to Maintenance > Labor > Back Office Security Levels.
Although, if you cannot access those PMIX settings, you need someone with a higher access than you to enable them for you.
To assign a bitmap to an item or modifier button, copy the bitmap to the Aloha application software BMP folder, and label it ITMnnnnnn.BMP, where nnnnnn is the item ID number without the leading zeros.
You may need to adjust the bitmap size.
i'm guessing your using rfs in your aloha terminals? check the network connections of your new terminal it might not be getting the correct updates. you can also check the rfs debout file of the new terminal for pointers.
a possible work around to get the pmix by order mode but as RokStar pointed out, it is not a normal practice and it may affect some of your settings in the long run.
You can also try creating that report using crystal reports.
Have you tried viewing the reports separately? Filter the Dine In Revenue Center first then filter the take away and check the output.
You may also want to check your order mode settings. Make sure the correct revenue center is assigned to the each order mode.
Hope this helps...!
If your using version 6.2, make sure the "Cash Drawer" option of your 'Server' job code is checked.
And the employee needs to clock-in first before they can be assigned to the drawer.
Hope this helps...!
