Thanks for all of your help. It is now working. Had to make new partitions, CSSs, and then translation patterns to match the numbers to block. Calls to be blocked are sent to a partition that can't go anywhere while all others are passed through.

We have a BCM50 with call recording set up for it to send an email with the sound file to a supervisor. Agents try to do the recording of a call but now don't have option to stop the recording and the email doesn't get sent.
