I'm trying to add a phantom DN so I can DCFW it to an external number. I know I could use an ACD and NCFW but my boss wants to try it with a phantom to test something. Anyway I made a new phantom superloop and verified it in LD 22 as N104 which I think should correspond to TN's of 69-0 to 69-15. When I go to LD 10 and try to make a set I get SCH5786 superloop does not exist when I try to put in the TN. Could I be entering the TN in the wrong format?

Thanks

what are you entering at prompts?
REQ:
TYPE:
TN

REQ: NEW
TYPE: 500
TN: 69 0 0 -and right there it errors

I should also mention that this PBX is set up as a branch office in case that matters.

it does. your TN is not loop-shelf-card-unit it is loop-unit ie, 69 0, 69 1, 69 2, and so on

OK, so should I set up a new identical phantom superloop (N104) on the other PBX that this one is a branch of? Because I just tried to enter the TN of 69 0 and I got SCH0120 "wrong number of input fields for prompt TN.

I just realized I'm out of analog sets on this pbx. Do I need open analog set to make a phantom?

what Rls you on? Phantom ports have their own pool and do not use your analog Lics

Mato' Was'aka

OK, dumb question but how do I check what release I'm on?

actually, do an SLT @ the REQ prompt in ld 22, towards bottom, is there a phantom ports item?

Mato' Was'aka

fyi - at same prompt you can do issp and see your Rls info

OK, plenty of phantom ports.

I found a TN that works. 112 1 3 3. Now when I try to do the DCFW I get errors

At the FTR prompt I put DCFW 12 9xxxyyyy and it errors and gives me

SCH5199
An invalid internal DN has been entered for the CFW key. The entered DN
is either a normal DN, or FFC+DN. The validation is done for both CFXD
and CFXA classes of service.
