All I ever wanted to do was climb telephone poles - where did it all go wrong?
Suused it!! Ticked the "enable shared telephone service" box and I now go into the Suite mailbox.

All I ever wanted to do was climb telephone poles - where did it all go wrong?

Thanks for responding kwbMitel, your advice is very much appreciated. All the mailboxes will be the same digit length so we should be good to go.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for replying Loopyloo, it's 11.0.1.11 which is the latest and perhaps not so greatest. Could be a bug in this load as I've not had this problem before either.

Thank you for any light you can shed on this....

Ineresting that you say Mitel have a way of editing the remote directory form. Wish I knew how.

...that would solve the issue, if not it's good practice anyway.
There's no way now to jig around with remote directory, and syncing will fail if a number exists on 2 systems.

Cancel my first response - thats how I got around reach through not working - brain's back in gear now. The way I fixed this problem was I.E./Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab - tick the box "allow active content to run in files on my computer".
Now where was I.....?

This covers all the private addreses, if I come across one outside of these ranges I just...
Thanks Supernova99. You're right, exports and imports are probably the best way to go. They want to do it department by department outside normal working hours, so it might be long winded but it's a good overtime generator :)
