Great Idea !
As a sales / tech person this would prove invaluable to both our company from a support perspective but also to our customers. This would be something which I could talk enthusiastically about when selling service.
It's difficult to put a market rate on a product which is not...

You could try this product which we've used in the past. It's a little fiddly to install but once in they work great.
Unfortunately I don't have Procomm on my machine but if you select the record you wish to edit and look in either connection settings or advanced options then amend the baud rate.

It depends what integration is required. Because of the way predictive diallers typically work the only integration you would really need is a QSig link for the stations. Predictive Diallers dial at a rate that means there is no advantage in going on hook for a few seconds after each...
Try these two, from memory I think they cost about £400 (as a pair).

Can't offer any words of wisdom, in fact you've only confirmed we have the same problem way back on 2.1 (15). We thought it was intermittent problems on external call transfer but it is actually all IPO initiated calls.
I can send you information on this product or you can have a look here... http://www.alcatel.com/smb/en/products/omnipcxoffice/index.jhtml
The system is certainly an easy system to maintain (we are a vendor) and can fit into many different applications at a reasonable pricepoint. If you can...
Does anyone know if there is a prefix which allows you to call mobiles and go directly to the recipients voice mail even if the phone is not diverted. I believe this service is available in France but have not seen this service in the UK.
Alternatively a list of prefixes for each carrier would...
It could also be if you enter - or & or any non-standard character in the company name this can cause the INDeX feature to disappear. For example Newey & Eyre or BT - Sheffield.
The downside is you have to go through the INDeX to find it, internal and external.
Good afternoon
I'm sorry I've been off work for a little while. My client does not use this feature and is unsure whether this is possible with Concerto so I can't help on advice with the concerto any further.
I appreciate you have invested heavily in this platform so it would not be prudent...
I am not an expert on Concerto, though I would presume this would be possible as it is US legislation to play a recorded message if the call is dropped / abandoned if originated from an automated contact tool.
One of our products, Stratasoft VC2, is certainly able to achieve this, and more...
Has anyone else seen this.
Essentially random extensions just stop ringing, phone manager pops and the phone operates if you pick it up.
This has only occurred on site since upgrade to 3.1.35.
Any help appreciated.
Please does anyone know if there is a way of sending DTMF on inbound answered calls. So, for example, I answer a call and it is a unified mesaging service notifying me that I have a voicemail message, but I need to press 1 to listen again, 2 to delete and so on. This doesn't appear to work as...
Does anyone know of a way to replicate the INDeX Force feed option.
For anyone that doesn't know INDeX, what I'm trying to achieve is for automatic answering of calls directed at a group.

£1000 for 10 character wallboard & £2750 for 22 character. A lot of people are preferring the plasma option, though I understand LCD to be better as plasma need more maintenace.

I think someone is suffering from the Manchester Utd marketing Syndrome, bring out a new version of handsets every year and hopefully the btrand is still big enough to sell.
Or someone in Avaya made a huge boo-boo, and developed for DS and realised he couldn't get DT to work.
In truth though...
Assuming you mean what a vendor will charge you for support (if it breaks) per port on a system then typically (in the UK) pricing is as follows. This does depend on the size switch too.
4 Hour Response Monday to Friday £12.50 per port per annum.
Bear in mind that applications support come...
