Coach Style Whisper Feature

Is there is whisper feature available which allows a supervisor to coach an employee on a call. The supervisor can talk to the employee without the caller hearing the supervisor and coach the employee. The Dial-Inclusion feature is the closet I found, but cuts off the employee from the outside caller.

NOPE.. Dial-Inclusion is all you can do. Been round and round with this one.
 
Glad to know that I'm not the only one that thinks that the IPO has a way to come here. Any ideas when?
 
just something to try we here use a headset as well as the handset only problem is obvious you can't be very far away
 
Any new news on this feature and when it can be expected?
 
I have not seen heard of this feature in any discussions for Future IPO relases.
