Call Monitor from remote...

Is there a way for me to have a number that a customer can dial that allows them to then dial the Call Monitor shortcode? Basically, I've had several requests for remote monitoring of HG agents. Some sites have VM Pro, some don't.

Only if you go the whole hog of setting them up as a VoIP extension over a data link. The ability to use call monitor is controlled by user settings and so can only be done an internal user.
