Hi all, how do I restrict telephone set on my option 61C with authorization codes? I would like to implement it, also do I can restrict one or two sets or this need to be global?
The product you are looking is the Companion, it's retired from the US market. The T7406 is for Norstar KSU only. You may have another option programing one Analog port and using a regurlar cordless telephone with a High Cover range.
Just go to LD 23 and print the ACD's you have. Remember to change MAXP to the maximun agents you will use per ACD plus 1. LD 11 will print the License in LD 23 you may programmed. Also you may need more than one MIRAN because the traffic.
The best option you may have is add the Hunt 000 (Means that the roll over ext. will be in hunt) and HTA as the hunt class of service. Of curse MARP need to be on. By the way the Polycom extension need to be a analog but with the MARP. Try that it will works I did a couple of times.
