Hi everyone!

I have a question whit modem configuration.

DFM -560EL
I need programming this modem for connect to Meridian PBX, this modem goes to customer site.

Thanks for your help.

Add one extension to the pbx system and allow outgoing call from that extn and wire it to the modem voice port.

If I'm reading your post correctly, this modem will be used to dial into the PBX? It is a bad idea to use a PBX analog for the system modem. You should use a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line.

I tried this before with the US Robotics and works, it's cheaper than other Modems.
