The Move Server Wizard (MSW) is the answer. It can be quite complicated selecting the the right route to take, but will do what you need. It was introduced in SP2 for Exchange 5.5 I have used it to good effect when bringing one of our sites into the Org. Let me know if you need more detail.

You will need an IIS (usually installed on an Exchange server), and to add OWA to the Exchange setup. You may also want to consider SSL if required over Internet. It is very effective for travelling users, and fairly straightfoeward for users. Details on TechNet.
