Exchange 5.5 site to site transfer different Organizations

I am a NetMole for an insurance company. When the NT Admin doesn't have the time to look up solutions, it is up to me. Here's the problem:
We use Exchange 5.5 on NT, and we want to d/l or transfer the exchange server from a subsidiary of our own company. The organization name is different, since they are a sub. MS Migration Wizard does not work with this.
Does anyone know how we can transer from one organization's server to another?

The Move Server Wizard (MSW) is the answer. It can be quite complicated selecting the the right route to take, but will do what you need. It was introduced in SP2 for Exchange 5.5 I have used it to good effect when bringing one of our sites into the Org. Let me know if you need more detail.
