you need to be more clear on what apps you are using, port 8080 is delta server, ensure ds service is running and comms are restored and archiver is receiving data. is cccreporting service running if so there are numerous OS and security issues u may have to work thru
causes I know of
1 smtp server using non standard port
2 smtp server not relaying
3 Reporting service not authenticated with loggeed on admin account

Is SCN turned on? you have short codes that are not neccessary if it is. The gateway iP address on the voip line is the IPO at the far site? No name/number conflicts across the network? take into account numbers assigned to spare ports as well.
When ipos were configured were they all done from default rather than 1 cfg modified then sent to others, seen this cause probs over scn, data base must keep some ref to the original box
phone manager install hung at %70 so cancelled, now shows in programs/ipoffice/phonemanger but get errors when starting then shuts down, there are none of the usual registry entries so when running setup it doesnt know what state the install is in...someone posted a fix for the registry to add...

Make sure you dont have any conflicting shortcodes. Try creating a second AA and access via the new shortcodes created..
