    Recommendation for service vehicle

I carry a Little Giant knockoff ladder, so it fits fine in the back. I've seen many in this area that use a roof mounted ladder rack for big extension ladders. As I am only 5' 7", I don't have a problem with the seat :) However our taller guys look like they are driving a clown car...The cage...

    Recommendation for service vehicle

We went to the Ford Transit back when they first came out. Not a bad vehicle, decent on gas, has plenty of room for cable, equipment, etc. We also service a fairly rural area, goes through the snow well with good snow tires. It's a bit of a stiff ride and slightly under powered IMHO. I do like...

    delayed connection of inbound calls

Test the lines in front of the IPO with a butt set. Determine if the issue persists with the phone system out of the equation.

Callpilot 100 3.1 still has DTMF issue

Just a shot in the dark, how about setting up a second Greeting Table/CCR and see if you have same issue?

    5000 Huntgroup > voicemail problem

I second Sarond's suggestion. Build a new CRA, remove the canned greetings and have the Timeout step go to whichever mailbox you need. Have the Recall destination of your HG go to that CRA.

    IPO analog trunks echo.

Have you tested the trunks with a butt set at the TELCO demarc to verify that the echo isn't coming from the CO?

WANTED: fax server suggestions for IP500 installation

Multitech Fax Finder is a very good choice. I have deployed analog port units on IPO and Mitel platforms with great success and virtually no service issues. Have not tried the SIP trunk integration.

Connecting a Norstar Flash 2 system to a distribution block

Excellent point Marv. The OP stated the system was working but got moved so I assumed it had already been initialized...of course it could have defaulted...

Connecting a Norstar Flash 2 system to a distribution block

Verify that you have a working port connected to the Flash. Make sure Set Relocation is turned off Unplug cable from the Flash and plug it into a digital phone If the phone works then plug back into Flash and reboot both the CICS and Flash

Editing or Changing Nortel R-1, T-1 MICS Systems hunt groups

You have stated that when calling the company, the greeting says press 1 for sales, 2 for Service, etc....This is CCR. When an incoming caller presses 1, where does the call ring?

Keycodes Required on all sets after 4x16 installed

Are you connecting the digital sets to the base cabinet or expansion cabinet? The digital licenses are for activating digital station ports on the main cabinet. As exsmogger suggested, power down the system and make sure dip switches on 4x16 are all ON.
