We have a 5000 (version 6) that has a few auto attendants, stars and CRA's ultimately ending up in hunt groups.
The hunt groups contain an extension list so that all extensions ring etc.
The problem we have is the customer would like the calls when not answered in the hunt group to go to an individual users mail box. Each hunt group would have a different users mail box.
Forwarding the hunt groups to voicemail is all straight forward, I just cant see if it's possible to get into a particular voicemail box.
