Callpilot 100 3.1 still has DTMF issue 5

Was 2.1 and I upgraded it to 3.1 (last one Nortel made)
Still have an issue when people calling thru AA for 221 get 222 instead.
3.1 has CallPIlot DSP Firmware version 1.50.51.A8

Any ideas or insight?

There is never the message you get when its on...."you have entered an invalid DN"

No call forwarding is setup except sets/cfna to CP's DN.

Yes CCR is active.
Short Greeting (thank for calling ABC) then Path 0.

Just a shot in the dark, how about setting up a second Greeting Table/CCR and see if you have same issue?

What ksu do you have? If it's cics or mics try changing the line loss package, maybe dtmf is getting distorted if the lines are to hot.
