I have the D160 cordless phones and the call park feature won't work. I've tried programming the buttons through manager and also on the handset itself. Both methods show the button available on the handsets, but when you try to use the feature I get a busy tone with "service unavailable" on the display. Any help would be great!

how about using the short code for call park and call park retrieve does this work

no, that doesn't work either. You can't dial any short codes on the cordless I have noticed? I am not a fan of this handset at all so far... I also noticed that the conference button gives me the same busy tone if you try to make a conference call over the cordless phones as well? I followed the manual on how to set up the buttons or features, but they don't work like they say in the manual.

I have gotten this working by using both a Park and then a retrieve button. When you press the Park button, it prompts for what zone. I usually set-up Park 1, Park 2, Park 3. So it would just be 1 (it might be 01, I forget). That parks it on Park 1. If a call is parked on 1, you can press the retrieve button and then 1 (or 01) to grab it. Not as easy a regular telephone, but still works.

Correction: I just looked at the configuration and it is not a retrieve button, it is an UnPark Call button that I set-up to grab a parked call.
