I saw the No Hold Conference. But I did not know if they needed the "private talking" before the transfer. I guess if someone keeps changing the auto dials, then they will get the non-changeable CH keys forced upon them. Thanks guys

Is there a way to program auto dials so that the user cannot change them? I have a 3904 with two add on modules. It is just a bunch of ADL so that they can conf/transfer to all the different departments. Sometimes, someone changes them. Or is there a better way to handle this? RLS 7.6

It might sound wasteful, but get an old laptop. set it up to access the CP. then get that laptop on the network. Then remote into the laptop as needed.
