Have Mod Msg with about 750 users. random reports from users that are not getting VM msgs left for them for weeks now. Have stop, started, rebooted, shutdown MSG, mas01, mas02, etc numerous times without any change. Any ideas?

looking at at "reverse 911" system which will use 46 lines via ISDN PRI. Can our existing 46 channels of ISDN PRI for voice plugged into Definity be split and connected to the reverse 911 system also. Therefore do not have to purchase 2 more ISDN PRI cicuits for something that may never be...
Anybody know of a device that can split a t1 ISDN PRI to connect to 2 systems at same time. Therfore the systems are sharing all 23 lines/channels. In essense 1 connection to PBX- CM5/Definity and the other connection to a standby server thru its ISDN T1 connection (such as a reverse 911 system)

Chuck, thanks for info. I had this working before, but user needed to change the greeting/announcement and somewhere in unlocking mailbox it changed. Cant figure out which setting is still wrong.

replaceing a 8410d with a 2420. Do you have to change the station type before it will allow you to edit/restore label defaults. I have tried to restore/clear all labels in phone just after plugging into 8410 assigned port. Labels will not clear. Or do I have a bad phone. Thanks
