Undeliverable Messages

Have Mod Msg with about 750 users. random reports from users that are not getting VM msgs left for them for weeks now. Have stop, started, rebooted, shutdown MSG, mas01, mas02, etc numerous times without any change. Any ideas?

Have you changed the audio encoding on this MM recently? What does it state for the Call Answer & Voice messaging max size?

no changes to audio encoding made.
Not sure where you are referring to as Call Answer & Voice messaging size is. I do have about 790 maiboxes & 1500 licenses....

If the space is too small... messages left for a mailbox are removed. Have you checked the vserver logs for a mailbox that is having this problem. What is showing from the system when a message is left?

If you run an All Activities trace on the MAS for a message recorded and left in a mailbox ... do you see if being deleted after it is stored in a mailbox?

all- have determined as a "patch" issue. need to load to latest patch level and suppose to resolve. will see?!

not exactly sure yet. might be at patch level 2 and latest is 12 now. And also a service pack. Details not confirmed yet for upgrades in next few days.....

Solved. Some msgs were stuck in the "Spool" of MAS02. Could push them out. Once all cleared no problem since.
