What changes in COS & mb to play greeting(announcement) only and not allow caller to leave a message

COS 100 /announcement
Message retention are all "0"
Mailbox size "2"
Max VM message "0"
Max Call Answer "0"
Subscriber Features all "no" except for

Extended Absense Greeting Allowed is "yes"
Record Mailbox Greetings is "yes"

After announcement plays , default script plays to caller to leave a message.

You need to use a Caller Application if you want to do something like a Bulletin or Listen Only mailbox. Release 5.0 has some sample Caller Applications in the \Avaya_ Support\SampleCallerApps folder if you happen to be at the software release.

Chuck, thanks for info. I had this working before, but user needed to change the greeting/announcement and somewhere in unlocking mailbox it changed. Cant figure out which setting is still wrong.
