2. NRU software via a Fast RAD
I would like to use my laptop to program phones and maintain the system so I think this is the route I need to go. What is Fast RAD? And how can I get the NRU Software?

nope, lol. I have a t-1 that links a remote hospital to us. We dial 81 and it gives us access to 4 digit dial them as well as make out of areacode calls from that PBX it is also a M1 Opt81c, when the t1 goes down it kills the connection between the two PBX's
