How to add handsfree to IP Phone 2004 1

I have a bunch of sets which were programmed to have handsfree via the button. I have copied the configuration from the sets that have handsfree as well. I have verified all KEY mappings and CLS and they are identical, but still no handsfree on new installs of i2004. Any ideas? Its for a CS1000S
