i have an end user complaining about her softphone. she can make and receive calls, however when she receives calls, she doesn't hear the phone ring. it only flashes.
she has a softphone installed on her laptop and connects to our network via DSL. i checked her settings on the Switch and tried to walk her through looking at things on her end, but our software releases are incompatible.
can ayone give me some advice as to what to look at to troubleshoot this? thanks.
