    Transfer Issue

Merlin Magix The operator is programmed to voice annnounce first. I have multiple phantom extensions set up for external forwarding to remote users. RCF will forward on any call that would ring that phone. Internal or external, know matter how the ringing is set up. Take a look at my previous post on "External Call Forward". There is a lot of great advise! Ryan

The new card will work just like the old one did. The programming resides in the processor not the T1 card. Ryan

    External Forward

I have multiple extensions programmed for external call forward. For example: 2427 - Inter building extension with a phone connected. (works great!) 2450 - Has no phone connected. When the operators extensions (I havn't tested with any other extensions) receive a call and try to transfer it to...

For no apparent reason some of my MP3 files will not play. Even on MP3's that I have just downloaded! I'm getting this error when I try to open the file. Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to...

    External Forward

Your instructions worked perfectly! I used an adjunct number with the extension related to the DID. Thanks for all the help!

    External Forward

If all the DID #'s match the extension numbers how can I re-direct a DID to another extension number? Example 1: DID - 456-3875 Extension - 3875 Example 2: DID - 456-3875 Extension - 5600 Can example 2 be accomplished? If so how? Thanks!
