The operator is programmed to voice annnounce first. I have multiple phantom extensions set up for external forwarding to remote users. The problem is that the operator can't transfer a call to a phantom user. It works fine for internal users. The operators phone is trying to voice announce a call before the transfer to a phantom user and I get a way off tone. Any suggestions!

Thanks!

I would try changing the PHANTOMS to have SA Voice Buttons.

IF that doesn't work, you may have to change the TRANSFER TYPE to RING (Under Options).

I don't think you can make a voice-announcement to "unequipped" adjuncts. How about setting these phantom stations so that they cannot receive voice-announced calls? Then the operator can place/transfer calls to those stations as she ordinarily would any other extension.

Use Centralized Programming to enter **10 as a programming code (see page 861 / Adobe Acrobat page 889 of the Integrated System Feature Reference Release for details).

I don't guarantee that this will fix it, but it's worth a quick try.
