Set a customer for rcf on all extensions tested on site everything worked as programmed. Does rcf forward calls if the telephone is set to immediate ring or does the rcf only take place on transfered calls. Thanks in advance!

RCF takes place on transferred calls, and calls arriving on lines where the RCF'd extension is the Primary User of the line. (also if you just pick up another extension, press SA-Ring, and dial the RCF'd extension)

RCF will forward on any call that would ring that phone. Internal or external, know matter how the ringing is set up. Take a look at my previous post on "External Call Forward". There is a lot of great advise!
