I have a customer with a Merlin Magix release 3.0 with a t1 card. I believe it is a PRI. All of a sudden the T1 drops overnight. I have ordered a replacement card, but if we power cycle the system the T1 will work perfectly until the next morning. Also, I have backup up the system, but if I replace the T1 card by simply powering the system off, will I have to restore the system or will the new card be recognized and loaded properly.

The new card will work just like the old one did. The programming resides in the processor not the T1 card.

I'd love to help you, my brother. But you've got to offer a little more info. Can you post the error log for us please? That may offer some insight as to what kind of service you have, and what's happening to that service.
