So I have my changes made in 6.7. I transfer my Newdata folder over to site with the 12.3. How do I uninstall Nam and reinstall and then import? I have never done any implementation of a 12.3 version. Only worked with it. Thanks in Advance...

If you build a database in a 6.7 Aloha, how can you push it into the 12. version? A straight copy of the dbf files doesn't work. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Be sure to Disable simple file sharing.

Does your Aloha have EDC installed for credit card processing? If not you'll need to upgrade your Aloha system.

Your processor is most likely Vital? This is an old error in older versions that may have come back. Could be the date field. Sometimes the exp. date does not get seen properly. May be crazy but try cleaning your mag readers. That may be the solution

I have seen this but have never been able to find a solution for this. Something gets corrupted or something and there is no way around it I have found if you are using Aloha only with no third party software.

Unless you are processing directly from Amex you do not need to add a processor for Amex. They will process with your current MC/Visa processor. As another person said earlier...Go to configure--cards and be sure amex has your current processor attached
