All Avaya IP phones have this ability if configured to allow it.

I have installed all of the above mentioned accounting packages and without a doubt eCAS is the winner but will also have the price tag to go along with being the best. MicroCall is a nice product and was able to do more then Tapit did until recently when they launched the Tapit NOVA version...

Thanks for the clarification. I choose R2 because the read me files for R4 and R5 made it seem as if those particular firmware versions would be best suited for use on later releases of CM. Do you know if firmware R5 would be compatible with the R12 PBX?

Check your public or private numbering tables (depending upon what you have in the trunk group for IA770) and make sure that your extension range(s) is set up with the IA770 trunk group.
