Anybody can suggest a 3rd party call accounting and real-time agent status monitor for the asterisk switchvox and your thoughts of its features.
I've used Chronicall in the past but it's not supported on Asterisk.

This is happening to us too. Verizon local and LD does not connect right away, getting busy signal. Then is works after a couple of tries.

We are adding new IP500 on firmware 9.0 to our new offices. We have total 12 offices on SCN with mixed of 8.0 and 8.1
Has anyone ran into issue over the SCN with 8.0, 8.1 and 9.0? Is this still supported?
We don't really want to upgrade all of the sites to 9.0 cause of "dollars" :)...
@Bucky - yes, it's on Q1 2012 release 8.0.44 I checked the Q3 release but nothing about conference rebooting the system.

We had ours replaced couple of weeks ago. Everything was down (no licenses available) all because of the SD card.
Getting a backup SD card will sure help.

No, we did not have the issue then because the sites were not on the SCN yet. We only enabled SCN after we upgraded all the sites to R6 and added new locations. Site 3 is the issue.
