I believe your issues will go away if you switch to "Remote" for the phones. However, each internal call when then take up a VoIP Channel.

Under SIP CO Attributes, look at the settings under "Offnet Call Route ID Transit". Need to change some of the settings to "Original CLI". Not sure which one you need to change, but I have From/Contact ID, From Display, P-Assertid-ID, and Remote-Party-ID set to "Original CLI"...
Don't forget that the IPECS has a built-in Access Control List. You can whitelist the IP's (or ports) you need to have access to the system and deny the rest of the world.
