i have a ucp 100 which used to run 8 channels of isdn2e . we have moved them on to inet based sip lines .

the old isdns had a feature where it would pass through the callers number on isdns. for instance in night mode they forward all calls to mobiles and they used to see the callers number now on sip they just get the office number . how do i get it to pass through on the sip lines like it did on the isdns

Under SIP CO Attributes, look at the settings under "Offnet Call Route ID Transit". Need to change some of the settings to "Original CLI". Not sure which one you need to change, but I have From/Contact ID, From Display, P-Assertid-ID, and Remote-Party-ID set to "Original CLI".

These are the settings I use. Also check your itsp allows it to be passed. Some don't allow it or you may need to sign a disclaimer.
