................but NICE does not see them. How do I restart the AES Services ?
So that means if they answered a bridged appearance call and put them on hold......the primary telephone user sees that call and picks it up and it disappears from the person who has the bridged line. What if it happens when no one is at her bosses desk and she answers the bridged line...puts...
What happens when a user has a bridged appearance they out them on hold it hangs up instead or when they transfer them back to her it sends them automatically to voicemail without ringing ?
I setup EC500 for an extension and setup the off-PBX Mapping but when I call........it says...........you have reached a non working number an when it is activated and I test it and when it is deactivate it, it works normal. It is a 2410 (If that means anything)
First what is the difference? Is one to use

Are there any other symbols you can put in front? What do they mean or is it in the CM Admin Manual?
