AVAYA Call Transferring.

What happens when a user has a bridged appearance they out them on hold it hangs up instead or when they transfer them back to her it sends them automatically to voicemail without ringing ?

working as designed, all they need to do is his his appearance button on the primary phone to bring the call back

So that means if they answered a bridged appearance call and put them on hold......the primary telephone user sees that call and picks it up and it disappears from the person who has the bridged line. What if it happens when no one is at her bosses desk and she answers the bridged line...puts them on hold...and the call disappears...

it would only disappear if she or the caller hangs up
