When plugging an analog phone into a direct trunk port on the phone switch, I hear nothing. A couple weeks ago, when plugging an analog phone into the same ports, I could hear a dial tone and was able to determine which port was assigned to a certain number. The phone system seems to be...
I printed the general trunk info and it shows that outgoing calls are using the first slot. This is how it is set up on our main site. However, when calling out from this specific site, it is using trunks that aren't listed to have any pools assigned to them. Does anyone know why this is?

When calling specific extensions, instead of connecting to the extension it activates the entire intercom on several phones. It only does this with certain extensions I call to. I looked in winspm and couldn't find any connections with calling or coverage groups. Any suggestions?
We have a direct line that has a trunk number connected to my site, that needs to ring at the other site. The phone will not be by anyone to forward the call to.
Thats the far end system that I just posted. My end is in the 100 extensions. We have a trunk over here that needs to be forwarded to a 200 extension on the other system. Im sure theres an easy way to do this, but I am relatively new to it.
