When calling certain extensions, the intercom is triggered.

When calling specific extensions, instead of connecting to the extension it activates the entire intercom on several phones. It only does this with certain extensions I call to. I looked in winspm and couldn't find any connections with calling or coverage groups. Any suggestions?

Well, if it is what wireboy is talking about, then it's known as GROUP CALLING and you can print all of these out and see if that's where the issue lies.

I tried printing the group page members but nothing is shown. I'm not sure how to add/delete the users either.

read feature description of group paging for performance details

system program,exit,extension,more,group page,next entries are variable.
