How to determine which card/slots are for outgoing calls

I have a phone system with 3 active slots for incoming and outgoing calls. We did some testing with the numbers to see which outgoing trunk lines were used by calling an outside phone number, and it seems like the system grabs from each card depending on which line is available. We recorded all the numbers that were used for outcalling and it is unclear whether or not a specific group of trunks is used for outcalling. Is there any way to find this out?

Thanks in advance.

If you are dialing "9" for outside calls, then the ARS table is controlling the lines. If you look under lines/trunks and then pools, try pool 70. That's the default pool of lines that is used for ARS if it hasn't been changed.

Thank you Telecom. However I checked into this and it shows 5 trunk lines that use pool 70 and the rest 895. When calling out though, there are at least 8 numbers that are recorded when calling an outside line.

Yes, I see that. The other site we have only picks from a list of 5 trunk numbers. I am having trouble recognizing the distinctions.

So, for your local/long distance calls it first checks pool 70, if all those lines are busy it grabs from 895. Pool 895 appears to be centrex lines as you can see you need to add a 9 and a pause to the number when using those lines. If you do a print of your lines trunks/general, it will tell you exactly which lines are apart of both group 70 and group 895 and where those lines are located in the system (slot x, port x).

I printed the general trunk info and it shows that outgoing calls are using the first slot. This is how it is set up on our main site. However, when calling out from this specific site, it is using trunks that aren't listed to have any pools assigned to them. Does anyone know why this is?

I apologize. I guess I misinterpreted the calls I was tracking from an outside line. I see how the pool system works now.
