do you have anybody that is not going to be allowed to dial internationally?
Do you have any restrictions on non international long distance
If restrictions exist, does anyone have the means to override the restrictions
Form 19 is for the SX-200 not the MIVB so that is not meaningful.
The MiVB does not have any defaults, 0 for operator and 9 for ARS are simply common conventions.
The embedded VM now works like a Nupoint so you simply create a directory tree from Auto-Att to transfer where ever you wish.

I would be questioning the confidence level of the user that reported the 2222 at this point.
Depending on your trunking type, it may be possible for an external number to show up as a 4 digit number as well.
and is it possible 2222 is a valid DID and the phone was showing DNIS digits after...
Well, if someone set it up correctly and the VM only MBoxes dont have a message waiting indicator then the Information report (i under mailbox menu iirc) will give you all the mailboxes including MWI type.

I had a REALLY bad experience with this system yesterday which reminded me just how fragile everything is.

Problem 1 - the Network port on the NSU is toast so I can't connect via IP
Problem 2 - the Dialup Networking connection requires that the script pridun.scp be applied but I can't for the life of...
I have access to a Windows XP machine but IMAT is saying the connection requires a script to run (pridun.scp)
For the life of me I cannot figure out where in the Dial Up you can assign the script
The IMAT version Im running is 7.7.0.3 which looks right to me but there may be a more up to date...
I found this years ago and unfortunately no longer remember which timer.
IIRC, the switchboard actually rings and then answers intruding into the call
To find which timer, I stood by reception, created a conference and timed how long until the switchboard rang.
I changed every timer that...
In my experience, the only solution is to add people. Understaffing is the bane of my existence. It doesn't matter how much you design the system to automate the call, ultimately someone needs to answer and deal with the call.
